Use this form to ask Porttx to delete Black IPTV account data we store on our servers. This meets Google Play account-deletion requirements. The request is processed immediately.

We will delete matching device sessions, playlist URLs you submitted, support tickets, and advertising/analytics events. Recordings stored only on your phone are not on our servers — uninstall the app and clear storage to remove them. We keep an encrypted audit log of the request (hashed identifiers and counts), not your playlists or messages in plaintext.
