Black IPTV is operated by Porttx (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Google Play User Data policy, advertising disclosure, and account-deletion requirements. Last updated: 4 September 2026.

Who we are and what the app is Black IPTV is only a media player for M3U and Xtream Codes playlists that you add yourself. Porttx does not host, bundle, sell, or supply TV channels, movies, series, live streams, ready-made playlists, or other copyrighted media. Playback is requested from servers and URLs that you choose. We are not a television operator, IPTV provider, or content publisher.

Age restriction The app is intended only for users aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children and is not part of the Google Play Families program. Do not create an account or use the app if you are under 18.

Information we collect Depending on how you use the app, we may collect: - A unique device identifier generated by the app, device name, and app version. - Approximate country and city inferred from your public IP address only. The app does not request Android location permission and does not use GPS. - IP address used for that approximate region lookup, advertising, and abuse prevention. - Support messages and the email address you provide when you contact us. - Advertising events (impressions and clicks). When Google ads are shown, Google may use the advertising ID and other signals described in Google’s policies. We do not collect payment-card numbers. We do not require a Google, Facebook, or other social login. We do not upload or store your playlist URLs, M3U files, or Xtream credentials in our database. Playlists remain on your device. When you add a playlist through the web/QR relay, data is held only in short-lived memory (Zero-Knowledge transient relay) and deleted as soon as your phone or TV receives it.

Why we collect it - Operate the player, register your device, and keep the service secure. - Show first-party ads and/or Google ads and measure them. - Produce aggregated statistics using approximate IP-based region. - Answer support requests and process data-deletion requests. - Detect fraud, blocking, and terms-of-use violations.

Location / region The app estimates country and city from your public IP only. No location permission is requested. This approximate region may be used for advertising, statistics, and abuse prevention. We do not share a live GPS position with other users and we do not provide a map or navigation product.

Advertising Ads may appear in the app as Google app-open ads, optional rewarded ads used for Black Diamonds rewards, custom fullscreen ads when enabled by the operator, and optional in-player overlays. Google interstitial (between-screen) ads are not used. Google and other advertising partners may receive or collect advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse region derived from IP, device type, and app activity to serve, personalize (where allowed), and measure ads. Their processing is governed by their own policies. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads using Android advertising settings.

Black Diamonds (rewards) Black Diamonds are virtual in-app reward credits with no cash value. They may be granted as a one-time device welcome gift, earned by watching optional rewarded ads, or adjusted by the operator for support. Spending diamonds may temporarily unlock optional features such as Watch Offline, PVR, Multi View, or extra playlists. We store diamond balance, reward claims, and unlock expiry on our servers tied to your device identifier for fraud prevention and account continuity. Diamonds are not transferable and are not a currency.

How we share information We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. We may share information with: - Hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our instructions. - Google, when ads or Play services are used. - Competent authorities if required by law or to protect Porttx, users, or the public. Streams you play are fetched from your chosen playlist provider, not from Porttx content servers.

Retention We keep device and support records while you use the service and for a limited time after inactivity or deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. Playlist URLs and credentials are not retained on our servers. Web/QR relay payloads are deleted immediately after delivery. PVR & Watch Offline content: Local recordings and offline files stay on your device storage. Those files are not on our servers.

Security Communication with our API uses HTTPS. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your rights and deletion You may request access to or deletion of personal data we store. Use https://blackiptv.click/legal/delete or email support@porttx.com. Deletion removes matching device sessions, support tickets, and advertising or analytics events on our servers. Files that exist only on your phone (PVR and Watch Offline) are removed by uninstalling the app and clearing app storage.

International processing Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including where Porttx or our processors operate.

Children’s privacy We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact support@porttx.com so we can delete related server data.

Changes We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
