These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Black IPTV, a mobile application operated by Porttx. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Last updated: 4 September 2026.

What the app is Black IPTV is only a player for M3U and Xtream Codes playlists that you add. Porttx does not host, bundle, license, or supply television channels, films, series, ready-made playlists, or other copyrighted streams. The app does not include a channel catalog from Porttx. Any video you watch comes from a source you provide.

Age You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. The app is not directed to children and is not designed for the Google Play Families program.

Your playlists and copyright You alone are responsible for every URL, playlist, username, and password you enter, and for having the legal right to access that content. You must not use the app to play, save for Watch Offline, or use PVR with pirated, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized copyrighted material. Porttx does not authorize copyright infringement. We may block a device, refuse service, or report abuse if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law are being broken.

If you are a rights holder and believe content reached through a user-added playlist infringes your rights, contact support@porttx.com with sufficient detail. We do not control third-party stream servers, but we will review reports relating to our service.

User legal responsibility and financial liability You agree that you are solely and fully legally responsible for your use of the app and of any playlists, streams, PVR files, or Watch Offline files you create or access. You must indemnify, defend, and hold Porttx, its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claim, complaint, lawsuit, investigation, fine, penalty, damages, costs, or attorneys’ fees arising from copyright owners, broadcasters, collecting societies, platforms, or any other rights holder in connection with content you play, record with PVR, save for Watch Offline, or otherwise obtain through sources you add. Any financial consequences of such claims are yours alone.

License Porttx grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as-is. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.

Ads, region, and identifiers The app may show Google app-open ads, optional rewarded ads for Black Diamonds, custom fullscreen ads when enabled by the operator, and optional in-player overlays. Google interstitial (between-screen) ads are not used. Approximate country/city may be inferred from your public IP for advertising, statistics, and abuse prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app does not request GPS or Android location permission. Device identifiers may be used for the same purposes.

Black Diamonds Black Diamonds are virtual reward credits with no cash value and are not transferable. They may be earned via optional rewarded ads, granted as a one-time device gift, or adjusted by the operator. Spending them may unlock optional features (Watch Offline, PVR, Multi View, extra playlists) for a limited time. Abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate rewards may lead to device blocks as described in these Terms.

PVR and Watch Offline Optional PVR and Watch Offline features store files only on your device. PVR & Watch Offline content: Local recordings and offline files stay on your device storage. They are for personal use. You must follow local law and the rights of content owners. PVR runs only while the app is in the foreground for the same app session; it is not intended as background or screen-off capture of other apps. Sharing of PVR or Watch Offline files from inside the app is not provided. Porttx is not responsible for how you use those files.

Zero-Knowledge web / QR relay If you add a playlist through the web page or QR flow, your links and files are handled with a Zero-Knowledge transient relay: they are kept only briefly in memory and deleted when your device receives them. They are not stored in our database for playback history.

Availability We do not guarantee that any stream will start, stay online, or meet a quality level. That depends on your internet connection, your playlist provider, and third-party servers. The app is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Prohibited uses You must not: attack or overload our servers; bypass device blocks; scrape the service; use the app to distribute malware; or use it to provide an unauthorized TV service to others.

Termination We may suspend or block a device that violates these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of server data at https://blackiptv.click/legal/delete.

Disclaimers and liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porttx is not liable for third-party content, playlist providers, outages, lost PVR or Watch Offline files, advertising, copyright claims against you, fines, or damages arising from your use of the app or of URLs you add. You use third-party streams at your own risk.

Changes We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
